In the case of Baker et Chef, a premium cafe-bakery concept, the challenge was to convey the brand's passion and craftsmanship in a relatable and inviting manner.

Part of showcasing that passion was bringing the audience on board. We sought to bring insight in the processes behind the scenes, spotlighting not just what happens, but why.

With much of the terminology around these dishes and processes being unfamiliar to our target audience, we spoke in the audiences language to help them grow with us.

The social content strategy focused on creating a warm and open dialogue designed to help people embrace and understand the concepts, dishes, and terms.

By fostering a strong understanding, Baker et Chef established itself as a space where people could explore unique food experiences.
